The decoration at the hotel was absolutely charming, with beautiful touches of floral patterns and soft colors that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well maintained and easy to navigate, making it very accessible for senior people like myself. I appreciated how clean and tidy everything was, it really added to the overall positive experience.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a larger selection of activities specifically tailored for our age group. While the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, they seemed more focused on the younger guests.

Complete kitchenette with microwave & electric stovetop. Comfy beds & clean accommodations. Accommodating personnel & ample parking space available. Hot water in toilet & wash sink with provided toilet paper. Haven't tried the restaurant as we cooked our own food. Great lake view with available sun beds. Friendly staff on site. Access to nearby swimming pool at extra charge.

I had a fantastic stay at this camping site. The mobile home was clean, comfy, and had AC, which was essential during the summer. It was great to have direct access to the lake and a private beach. The restaurant served very good food, and the staff was friendly. The property was clean and well-maintained. The staff accommodated multiple languages and was nice. The view over Maggiore Lake was stunning, and there were sun beds available. I had a wonderful experience at this camping site.
Nothing, all excellent.

I truly enjoyed the beautiful and cozy decoration of Camping Rose. From the rustic furniture to the charming details, it created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself, with clear pathways and comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. It was such a pleasure to be in a place that understood the needs of older guests and offered a comfortable and welcoming environment.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is improved attentiveness and respect from the children working there. Although the overall experience at Camping Rose was enjoyable, some of the staff members seemed indifferent and lacked the proper courtesy and understanding towards older guests.

The campsite's location right by the lake with a private beach was perfect for us. The two-person tent we stayed in was not only cute but also clean, providing a comfortable space for our family. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the amenities such as the restaurant and pool. We truly had a wonderful time and would definitely consider coming back in the future.
For dads, it would be great to have a small fan in the tent, especially during hot nights.

The place is clean and everything is quite new and modern. The swimming pool was clean and not irritating, good for children. The location is good, within driving distance from the main attractions around Maggiore. The "room" was ok, with space for luggage, a decent bathroom, and good air conditioning.
I found Camping Rose in Dormelletto to be a cost-friendly option for exploring the area. Although there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the database, such as the proximity of the sites and the lack of an on-site shop, I still had a positive experience.
